DECA Direct Chapter Buzz Submission

Has your chapter accomplished something worth sharing? Did your association host a successful event? Do you know a member who achieved something brag-worthy? We want to share your success! (Examples below). 


To submit, please complete the form below and upload a high-resolution photo. Then check the next issue of DECA Direct to see if your submission makes the cut.

Parkfield High School DECA in Diamond, MI raised over $3,200 with their Make It Great fundraising event in March. Chapter members held a carnival with games and food. They got donations from local restaurants and worked with other local schools to market the event. 


Jan Janison of Lee High School DECA in Arly, CA won the LHS Leader of the Year Award in May for her work as LHS DECA's founding president. 


Mary Beth Clarke (North Kingstown High School DECA) was honored with the Young Leader Award by RI Treasurer Seth Magaziner. The award, which was presented during a ceremony at the Rhode Island State House, recognizes high school juniors across the state for their outstanding achievement in business-related courses, as well as a commitment to their community and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
